Unfair business practice by NuMobile SA
I am paying R2949 per month for two cellphones valued at R27000 for 24 months of which at the end of the contract I would have paid R70776, R43776 more than the cellphones values, with this huge amount of money the service provider has used Think Adam to block me from enjoying some of the features of the devices which are important to me such as secured files which have nothing to do with the software but they are meant to protect my privacy so that my certain files cannot be easily accessed. I regard this as unfair business practice and unfair to me as client who is paying an abnormal amount of the normal average payments per month on these device is R315 and R614 respectively and without any restrictions. I consider this as a ******* especially if there are restrictions, there are also contradictory statement from the representative of the same company with one saying there must be only one restriction and it must be fixed and the other saying cannot be changed .

Pathetic Customer Service
I have been with Numobile for over a year and I have never had any issues until now recently. I pay my account faithfully every single month, for the month of Jan26 all of a sudden my phone gets suspended despite payment been made on the 26th already. The contact person I deal with is Rebecca ***, I contacted her to ask her why the suspension of my phone after I made payment on time, she has not responded to any of my numerous messages, she just flat out ignored me and til this very minute my phone is still suspended, I can't receive calls, I can't make calls, my mobile data won't even go on. I find this to be extremely unprofessional considering the fact that I made payment, my phone got suspended, and I have had absolutely no response or communication from Rebecca at Numobile.
