Rotten and filthy eggs

I bought 30 Nulaid Extra large eggs at Pick n Pay on Saturday. Sealed in plastic. When I opened it, the eggs were filthy dirty with chicken feathers and poo and 12 of them were rotten, I'm very disappointed as this is not the first time I've experienced this
