Excellent service from Nulaid Eggs
I had a bad experience buying Nulaid Eggs a while ago and placed a negative review on this site. I also sent them an email with my complains. There Regional Sales Manager called me soon afterwards and explained that the issue was the temperature at which the retailer transported the eggs. He also apologized for the feathers present on some of the eggs. He then arranged with a sales representative to replaced the eggs for me. The lady personally delivered them to my house.
