NuWorld does not come to the party for their Goldair products

We own a Goldair Refrigerator / Freezer. It is a good product, but obtaining parts or service from the importer, Nu World, is basically impossible. Three of four years ago, it was great. It have since deteriorated to non-existent. We currently require door seals and have made contact with their part department who indicted that these seals were on order and we would be contacted once they arrived. I have subsequently sent many e-mails, none receiving any response. They have basically placed their product line-up like Goldair and JVC on the "AVOID AT ALL COST" list.
