NTT VW Paarl bad service

Poor customer service and no professional service at all. I took my car for a check up and to know how much it would cost no quote was sent no clue what to do. I ordered a part and asked them to fit it a shoddy job was done and the part got loose with a month they told me to go to panel beating shop.
