Poor service at Ntt Toyota Louis Trichardt

I enquired via a website on a vehicle for sale at ntt toyota louis trichardt. I was contacted a short while later by Fran, I provided the details of my trade in and was told Anthony the sales manager would be in contact with me soon, after two days I contacted Fran once again , she said she will ask when at the office later in that day. No response , I then asked her the next day why the service was poor she then apologized and said the vehicle was sold and made some excuses, then stating that the manager will contact me as another vehicle would come in soon of a different color. I won't hold my breath waiting for anymore responses. I wouldn't expect this kind of service from a trusted Toyota branded dealership.
