We will never be able to say thank you enough for this amazing experience!
Where to start? I don't think there are enough accolades in the english language to describe how impressed we are with their service, their friendliness, their willingness to help. Their after sales service is amazing. After purchasing a second hand Toyoto Hilux from them in August last year, it has just been one amazing journey since then. During the sale process, the additional extras they threw in free of charge, the after sales check up. There was an issue with the steering and brakes of the vehicle, which they fixed and re-imbursed us for our efforts. Months later we needed space to park our trailer overnight - we knew no one else in town and called on Vincent from NTT Toyota. He and is collueges waited after hours just to receive us and assist us. This is truly going out of their way - for no personal gain at all. May this review help others to make their vehicle purchase experience the best - please make use of NTT TOYOTA LOUIS TRICHARDT. Ask for Vincent! In this day and age it is unusual to get such great service and treatment from any car dealership!
