Poor Customer Service

Ntelecom is a wireless internet provider. They assessed my house and location and indicated that I am in range of their tower so they would be able to provide their service. I kept struggling with my connection, they came out a number of times, eventually they said I needed an additional router, but I need to pay, which I did cause the initial setup already cost me R3500. Situation did not change, technicians came out again and said my house is not optimal for wireless... I need to drop the wireless and switch to wiring, R3000 for my account (Did not opt for this). Decided to switch providers and asked if they can refund a part of costs, they can take the access points and router. Said they will come back to. Phoned and emailed numerous times, but just ignoring the situation. This is a typical situation of a supplier that is not able to accept responsibility.
