NRC SOLUTIONS COMPLAINT

I signed with NRC solutions as recruited by Natasha who was at first friendly and willing to help. They deducted my money R 4800 for 2 months and also paid R 500 for the removal of the flagging. They promised to pay my creditors on the 2nd months which they did not. I started following up with them and they promised me lies. Now I requested the refund, and they are refusing to refund me and also ignoring me. They offer bad service and are not trustworthy. I need them to respond and refund me my money.
