Pathetic ,********** and a ****
They send 3 guys out comming there selling fibre for telkom through this *** solutions they promised you fibre tell you they are busy putting in fibre and then harras you super nice full of promises until they put in everything ,then they force you stand right there to sign after you repeat that you first want to read it in time have it on camera, then they stand by you telling you you fibre is done only to get a week later to find out none off the phone work which was installed and its not fibre its lte, so you cancell immediatly you phone you email you try every thing they guys just say ***** you we have bigger clients you will pay and then this *** assosiated With telkom does the same an lady called Vene Joubert harass you on *** but is never availible when you phone, so run if tellom, *** comes close to you refuse them at the door already they are a **** and then take your money every month for something you dont have. and the arrogant people whom was so nice suddenly become unavailable and put the phone down if you.phone

NRB Solutions should be placed under scrutiny i.r.o *****ulently taking over accounts
This is to put on record that NBR Solutions is a company taking over accounts on a *****ulent manner. They don't verify whether clients are rightfully tracked down. I keep on explaining them that I've never been a Nedbank client. Initially the account in question was handed over to LGR Solutions then to them and to Vertex Solutions then back to them again following the taken up Vertex Solution with Hello Peter. These companies have one thing in common, they are in collusion with consultants in the Financial Institutions. I must state emphatically that they don't thoroughly scrutinize accounts and verify facts before approaching citizens of this country. They want to frustrate everyone else. This must come to an end now. This is on behalf of everybody else who's suffering these kind of harassment.

Refusing to give paid up letter
I am highly with the services this place has. I have paid for the account which was handed over by Unifi to them no I am looking for a paid letter it is excuses upon excuses everyday. This is ***** I have paid them no when I need something of mine cannot play their part. I have spoken to management there nothing has changed. stop ripping people off their money and give me my letter. I am just a client and have nothing do with your agreement with your client unifi. This is wrong. I am gonna go on a smear campaign with your brand!

My debt of R900 was taken to this company, same time I received an sms I called them an made payment arrangements to pay in 2 weeks. But on a daily basis I get an email with an increased amount they said they charge for calls an sms's an I jave never received any call or anytbing from them. I sent an email they said they escalated same day the same thing happens.

I setted my Nedbank overdraft with Nedbank at the beginning of May, but NRB debited my account with R200 on the 10th of August. I tried calling and emasiling but no one has an explanation of why, I have since been sent from Pillar to post but no one is telling me and they are not returning calls
