Refusing to give paid up letter

I am highly with the services this place has. I have paid for the account which was handed over by Unifi to them no I am looking for a paid letter it is excuses upon excuses everyday. This is ***** I have paid them no when I need something of mine cannot play their part. I have spoken to management there nothing has changed. stop ripping people off their money and give me my letter. I am just a client and have nothing do with your agreement with your client unifi. This is wrong. I am gonna go on a smear campaign with your brand!
