NR Financial Services Took R20,000 – No Service, No Accountability

I signed up with NR Financial Services in January 2025 for assistance with debt mediation and the removal of my debt review status. I was promised full creditor engagement, updated payment plans, and removal of the debt review flag on my profile.

Since then, I have paid over R20,000 via debit orders, but have received nothing in return:

No proof of payment or statements.

No creditor engagement (they continue to hound me).

No update on my accounts despite dozens of follow-ups.

Repeated excuses about "systems being down" and "files with paymasters."

My credit score has dropped even further since switching to them.

Every attempt to escalate has been ignored. Promises from their consultant Jordan remain unfulfilled. I now feel completely ****med.
