I hope you read this before doing business with this rouge entity. THEY STOLE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT USING THE DEBICHECK PROCESS. Whatever you do don't give them your banking details the number they have online doesn't even work and they can only communicate on WhatsApp and keep changing the numbers after ****ming victims they change the number. PLEASE DON'T DO BUISNESS WITH THESE GUYS THEY WILL **** YOU THEN BLOCK YOU

Unauthorized DebiCheck Deduction After Cancellation – Ignored Letter of Demand
I am writing this to publicly expose the unacceptable business practices of NR Financial Service and to demand an immediate refund of my money.I formally cancelled my services with NR Financial Service via WhatsApp and email before my scheduled deduction date. The cancellation and the removal of their mandate were done on the exact same day. Despite having no legal or contractual right to my funds, NR Financial Service went ahead and processed a massive deduction of R6,700 from my bank account.Because they utilized the DebiCheck system, my bank is structurally unable to reverse the transaction from their side, forcing me to deal directly with a company that has now gone completely silent.I have already sent a formal Letter of Demand to their compliance team requesting an immediate manual refund of my R6,700. As of today, they have completely ignored my legal communication and failed to reply.This is a formal warning to the management of NR Financial Service: If my R6,700 is not manually refunded into my account immediately, I will escalate this matter to the National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFO) and lodge a non-compliance dispute with the National Credit Regulator (NCR). Furthermore, once the 14-day timeline on my Letter of Demand expires, I will proceed straight to the Magistrate’s Court to issue a Small Claims Court summons to attach your assets.Refund my money immediately.

I was so excited to be doing my debt with NR Financial services. Unfortunately I couldn't get the Debt review people to cancel my account with them. With the result I wrote and emailed NR financial serv to cancel all mandates with them. As it was in the middle of the month, I expected the mandates to be cancelled. Low and behold, come monthend R3100.00 was deducted. When I questioned this, I was told my 15days for cancellation has not been over yet, as a result the monies was deducted. After numerous emails requesting a remind, they were adamant that it cannot be refunded and now I need to pay a cancellation fee. I was also told by one of their consultant that I am wasting their time by querying the refund all the time. I do not advise anyone to do business with them as they rip you off. I am serious one unhappy customer

Hi my name is Melanie, and I joined this company in June asking them to start debiting from July but did not get any statements or whatsoever from them they dont answer their calls or whatsap messages the same story they dont pay my accounts, creditors still calling me how does one cancel the contract with them.

THIS IS CLEARLY A **** AND THEY ARE DE*****ING VULNERABLE AND DESPARATE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DECEIVINGTHYE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING BUT THEY HAVE JUST CAUSED MORE HARM THAN GOOD.
