NR Financial Serv

I was so excited to be doing my debt with NR Financial services. Unfortunately I couldn't get the Debt review people to cancel my account with them. With the result I wrote and emailed NR financial serv to cancel all mandates with them. As it was in the middle of the month, I expected the mandates to be cancelled. Low and behold, come monthend R3100.00 was deducted. When I questioned this, I was told my 15days for cancellation has not been over yet, as a result the monies was deducted. After numerous emails requesting a remind, they were adamant that it cannot be refunded and now I need to pay a cancellation fee. I was also told by one of their consultant that I am wasting their time by querying the refund all the time. I do not advise anyone to do business with them as they rip you off. I am serious one unhappy customer
