****MERS - *****ING YOUR MONEY - DONT FALL FOR THEIR TRICKS

So - i cancelled their service on the 30th of June 2025 after the first debit order went off - gave them that benefit right.. okay cancelled the service requested that all future debit orders were stopped on the whatsapp line they confirmed it stopped i requested them to send me confirmation didnt get it the whole of July - on the next debit date they debited my account again so contacted them requested what was going on - no they will sort it out my file is with the manager - i begged and pleaded my funds be returned its the manager phoned me last week promised my refund will be in my account on the 02/08/2025 its the 4th today - still no funds - the manager is not phoning me back - the WhatsApp lady keeps saying she apologies for the inconvenience all this caused - my file is with the manager - why cant they just refund me they quick to debit after cancellation but no refunds - everyday its a story the whole day I'm waiting for a call back but every time the file is with the manager... im in need of those funds who employs these ****mers??

where can i complain other than this platform they have no complaints department - they have a reception email address where you get nothing done. this is ******** - this is funds they *****ing
