Dissatisfaction with NRFS.

NRFS is not professional and the consultants are rude. A debit order ran off my account in the middle of the month whereas they sent an email to say they won't debit of my account worst of all an amount of R4000 that we never agreed on. When you ask what services is offered for that amount they go pillar to post saying they are looking for my file they will come back to me,of which they never returned that call.
