WORST WIFI EVER!

NEVER HAVE I EVER delt with a more useless company than Nowtech! Been asking, begging and fighting for the past 3 months for my wifi to be fixed, my number got blocked, tickets logged were deleted off the portal but let me dare skip a payment (which was billed at 3 times more expensive than the monthly fee I agreed to pay) then they were suddenly quick to email me saying I will be disconnected?

As soon as I responded asking when my wifi will be fixed I got an excuse after the other.

Even their address on their invoice is ****!

What happened to customer service? What happened to looking after your business and fixing issues that may arise? What happened to communication?

Is this the way businesses lately get run to get rich quick and not look after those putting the money in your pocket??

So if anyone is looking at wifi providers. Please support ANY other business rather than NOWTECH!
