Stuck in Singapore
<p>I've ordered an item from them but following the tracking number it's been stuck in Singapore since the 10th of August. Initially there was some help from Sean but his last reply was will get back to you tomorrow on the 31st of August.</p>
The item in question is a watch to the value of R66.95. This order was shipped and the tracking did not continue beyond Singapore. As the tracking number was for a batch and not a single item, this is possible. The order is/was supposed to be delivered by SA Post Office once in the country. Shipping is done this way to keep the costs as low as possible (shipping is included in the price). In keeping with our policy, if this order has not been received by the 03/10/16, a full refund will be issued. The customer was informed of this before this review was seen.
