Pathetic Administration

Absolutely pathetic administration at Nova Pioneer Midrand.

When online classes started, it took about 4 days of following up and escalation (to the Dean), for my child to be enrolled in the online class.

A week or so later, they decide to migrate all kids doing online classes into a different class with different teachers. Then my child is not made a part of that class either. After two days of following up, on the third day, they enroll my child in the new class.

When he tries to join the new class online, then no class seems to be taking place online as per the timetable.

We didn't pay R20,000 at the beginning of the term for this kind of pathetic administration.
