Zero communication and take money from my account without prior knowledge or agreement.
I have tried to get in contact with you regarding my personal loan at Absa. But no one calls back. You took R7 000 from my Absa account without my knowledge. No prior arrangement was made for this. No e-mails ..nothing. What right do you have to take any amount from my account before first speaking to me! If I don't get a call from you and also a satisfactory outcome I will take this further.
