I am still waiting for feedback on my accounts and when you will update this!! 8 different employees all got the same email with details yet no response, I would like the penalty fees removed off these accounts as payment was made yet negligence on your behalf to register these against the accounts. Kind remove this and settle the account as this has been paid in full. I will not be paying penalty fees for mistakes made on your behalf, 8 of your staff members have all the information needed to settle these accounts kindly update me as I refuse to make any more payments to your ****ty company and holder the parties responsible for this accountable. I will not be accepting antmything less from you and await your response, furthermore I have requested the NCR to help intervene due to your negligence
