WORST LAWYERS EVER

I fully paid my account in July 2021 - Up to date I have not received any paid up letters and on the credit bureau it still shows I owe money which is not the case. Worst service - Have sent numerous mails and called no one is helping

Dear Ms. Backhouse

Thank you for raising your concern with us and for the payments that you have made towards settling your account.

Kindly be advised that we had sent a request on the 7th September 2021 to Standard Bank for them to update your ITC Status with the respective Credit Bureaus.

For a follow-up on your matter, kindly contact the Credit Bureau @ ***; or enquire with Standard Bank directly @ ***.

Kindly take note of these friendly reminders; ·         The client generates the paid-up letter upon receipt of the payment and same should reflect on your account within 14x days.·         Upon receipt of your payment, the credit provider must send the information to the Credit Bureau within 7x days to update your profile. ·         The Credit Bureau then has 7x days from receiving the updated information from the Credit Provider to update it on the Credit Bureau. ·         If this has not been done for whatever reason, you can contact the Credit Bureau directly to provide them with the paid-up letter. ·         Kindly be advised that the general Credit Bureau update process takes roughly some days, and is thereafter dependent on the relevant Credit Bureau’s internal timelines.
Trust that you find the above in order.

Kind Regards
