Worst company in S. A goes to Norton attorneys

By far the worst company!!! I have supp**** countless Adkins all the information required so that my account can be dealt with yet every admin keeps asking the same information already provided. I've even added them into one mail so that they can pass the information and be clued up on all payments. YET THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER AND RATHER KEEP QUIET AND IGNORE THE REQUEST. THIS WILL BE THE 3 TIME THAT THE REQUEST IS OVER LOOK INFORMATION NOT PROCEEDS AND IN TURN ME BEING PENALISED. I'M DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE AND HAVE NO FAITH IN THIS COMPANY NOR THE STAFF. I'VE BEWN STRUGGLING FOR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS TO GET THIS SORTED AND STILL NO ONE BOTHERS TO UPDATE MY PRIFILE AS REQUEST NOR ATTEND TO THE QUERY., YET THET CAN FOLLOW UP EACH MONTH ON PAYMENTS YET NOT LOG THIS AGAINST YOU ACCOUNT. PATRICIA MATOSE THE FIRST ADMIN KABELO XHULU THE SECOND ADMIN AND MELISSA FOURIE all in one email all the details sent yet still nothing DONE. KABELO EVEN REQUESTED MT TO SEND EACH PAYMNET INDIVIDUALLY WHICH WAS DONE AND STILL NO RESPONSE JUST FOLLOW UPS O PAYMENT BUT NO PAYMENTS MADE WAS LOGGED AGAINST THE ACCOUNT. This service and company should please hold these reps accountable for non compliance as nothing has been done to correct the issue and the penalty charges just racks up. I refuse to pay penalties for which is incorrect as payments have been made accordingly and timely yet these Admins have already received all the Pop and individual transactions which I had to send from my banking app so that they could see each individual payment.
