Worst communication skills ever
I did a settlement on my Absa account and got immediate response. Since I made my last payment I don't get any response whatsoever when enquiring if the account is now settled. I have followed up with numerous emails to 3 different norton attorneys email addresses.

Thank you for raising your concern with us and for the payments that you have made towards settling your account.
Kindly be advised that a request was sent to ABSA Bank with regards to them updating your ITC Status with the respective Credit Bureaus.
For a follow-up on your matter, kindly contact the Credit Bureau @ ***.
Kindly take note of these friendly reminders; · The client generates the paid-up letter upon receipt of the payment and same should reflect on your account within 14x days.· Upon receipt of your payment, the credit provider must send the information to the Credit Bureau within 7x days to update your profile. · The Credit Bureau then has 7x days from receiving the updated information from the Credit Provider to update it on the Credit Bureau. · If this has not been done for whatever reason, you can contact the Credit Bureau directly to provide them with the paid-up letter. · Kindly be advised that the general Credit Bureau update process takes roughly some days, and is thereafter dependent on the relevant Credit Bureau’s internal timelines.
Trust that you find the above in order.
Kind Regards
