WHO IS THIS COMPANY HARASSING ME? I DON'T KNOW THEM!
I have been reveiving numerous sms's stating that I have to make a payment on my ABSA card account to avoid further actions. I have an agreement with ABSA to make monthly payments and NEVER missed one payment. I don't know this company and never dealt with them telephonically or otherwise. CAN YOU PLEASE STOP HARASSING ME?

Please note that your matter has been handed over to us by our client (ABSA) on 4 September 2020, we have made fixed arrangements with you of which 15 September 2020 was the first and the last was on 11th of May 2021.
As soon as we have made an arrangement, our standard protocol is to send a payment reminder SMS with the relevant details of the arrangement made before the payment date and also an SMS to confirm as soon as we have received payment, we do this for your ease of reference.
