Who are you?

How can you email me and threaten me with legal action, without providing all the relevant information? How do I know you are representing Nedbank? You demand payment by the 25th of November, but don't provide any bank details or reference number. No statement of how much is owed! I never agreed to make any payments and Nedbank hasn't notified me that you are representing them. I am on Medical Disability Benefits and can't afford to pay any of my Creditors at this point of time.
