Wants money but wont assist with statement!?!?

I have asked FIVE times for a statement of account before i agree to or accept any payment arrangement. It seems they have a bunch of robots working behind the technology, same old response, no one interested to assist with statement so i can get them off my back. phone calls and smses are flocking in, and i am just the idiot who must pay for all that but they wont assist with a simple statement of account. "has been sent to relevant department" I then asked via whatsapp that a manager call me to discuss and was rudely told by an Andile that i can phone in the speak to a a manager. I want to del with a human, not some pre-programmed half human half robot!!!!!!!!
