MY ACCOUNT WAS SETTLED IN JUNE, TO DATE I'M STILL AWAITING MY SETTLEMENT LETTER. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING AND WHERE THE DELAY IS. CAN I GET MY SETTLEMENT LETTER ASAP PLEASE!!
