Very Bad Services

I made a payment on a Nedbank credit card on the 30th of july 2025, proof of payment sent via email. I have been waiting for a paid up letter till now. When i call i get different stories, some Agent's will say there is no payments showing and some will say they can see POP but its not updated. I even spoke with thier Team Leader, She also confirmed its not updated and she doesn't know why.

I need help plz
