Very Bad service

My husband settled his Vodacom account and sent proof of payment to the Norton Lambriano Attorney last month. He also sent request of paid up letter to the email given. It is over a month now and they are still calling him saying he must settle the account and we are still waiting for the paid up letter. They are so quick to call us on what they require to settle accounts and when we do what they want they give us bad service !
