Utterly Disgusting
Your lady that called me at 1.24pm today had no empathy whatsoever. I made an arrangement a long time ago which I have in place and I have kept up monthly even whilst others are losing their jobs during these uncertain times, she told me that I must try harder from my side to pay more.
As a mother of six school going children who is doing her best with no assistance in the form of maintenance from the father, I find that terribly disrespectful. I am in customer service and I would never talk to any of my customers the way that she did. I request an alternate agent contact me for any future dealing.
