Useless service and very rude agents.
I have been sending emails regarding a payment arrangement as I am currently unemployed. They don't respond and keep threatening with legal action.

We regret hearing about your unfortunate circumstances and hope that your employment situation improves soon.
Referring to the telephonic discussions that you had with one of our call agents on the 28th of September 2021 at 07:44 AM and again at 07:52 AM as well as the email we sent on the same day, we have entered into a payment arrangement with you but we also advised you that your repayment amount arranged does not suite our client’s requirements as it only calculates to 1.85% of the handover amount.
Unfortunately, this arrangement would not aid to reduce the outstanding balance and therefore may result in further legal action being taken in order to keep the legal interest of our client.
We have also given you 3x alternative options to consider in order to accommodate your situation that will withhold further legal action and be deemed as satisfactory repayment amounts by our client.

We require proof of employment status.
If you are unemployed you need to prove that by sending us supporting documents, for example, a retrenchment letter/loss of employment letter and bank statements with proof that it is/was your account which your salary was paid into prior to your unemployment status.
We have to prove what we claim to our client hence we need these documents in order to effect the alternative options.
