Unproffesional customer service and unfulfilled promises. Lack of empathy.
I am so appauled with the service I have received from Norton Lambrianos Attorneys. In August, I was promised a paid-up letter for an account that I settled in full. To date I havent received my letter. Every week I phone to do follow-ups, either my call will be dropped or they will be saying they will escalate. I am so tired of their unprofessional service. This account is negatively reflecting on my account. I am frustrated and I need help in getting my settlement letter.
