Unprofessional Service and Unfulfilled Promises

I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from Norton Lambrianos Attorneys. In May, I was promised a paid-up letter for an account that I settled in full. Despite this promise, it is now the end of August, and I still have not received the letter.

This situation is negatively impacting my credit score, as the account is still showing as unpaid. I have reached out multiple times via WhatsApp and email, but my messages are being completely ignored.

I expected a higher level of professionalism and promptness, especially when it comes to something as critical as my credit record. I am now left frustrated and concerned about the potential long-term effects this could have on my financial standing.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their lack of communication and follow-through is alarming.
