Unprofessional and Useless
Pathetic. I keep getting emails on alleged money that I owe to Cartrack. This has been going on for 2 years. Received an email again yesterday. Sent an email this morning with automated reply, same with whatsapp. I have called numerous times and eventually got through, only to being told " I do not know what is going on this account is closed". When I asked for confirmation she said she will make a note of it on which I denied and said I need this resolved today, and then she put the phone down. Unprofessional and useless.
