Unprofessional and Rudest people

First off the people claim they got my number with a case / account for people that are not even me, don’t know them, not even the same ethnicity. When I asked the person to remove my number from the system, he hung up the call. How unprofessional and rude !!!!! All I am asking is that my number be removed, it is very unpleasant to get about 3 calls a day from these people every day, and I have to re-explain every time that I am not the person and ask them to remove my number. How do we rectify this ? And HOW do you allow an agent of yours to be so rude to someone? I hope a lot of people see this. SO rude and unprofessional
