********* COLLECTION COMMISSIONS
Nedbank Credit Card. I emailed your company on the 10/07/2015 regarding your legal costs and only wanted an explanation or breakdown regarding your fees going up along with my payments. STILL WAITING! I receive no more than 2 sms's per month, 1 reminding me to make my minimum payment & 1 thanking me for making the payment. I have not received a call or email since this payment arrangement was made on the 12/02/2014. I called today and spoke to some rude woman, she made me so angry that I didn't even ask for her name. She said it was collection commission costs. It does not cost you no more than 1 year ago for 2 sms's and if I have chosen to pay more it's because I want to pay the account off and not paying your company more for doing nothing. This commission is not justifiable. June last year I was charged R120.00, June this year I am charged R346.00. Please justify these charges when a person it trying to pay the Debt off and is slapped with unjustifiable ********* collection commissions for doing nothing of the sort. I fully understand that my payments are less than 10% of what I owe, but that is why indebted people make a payment arrangement that is affordable.
