********* Collection Charges
I am very unhappy and totally disgusted with the ********* \business practices"of Norton Lambrianos Attorneys. I have proof that their debt collection practices are totally ********* and downright ********. Norton Lambrianos Attorneys has been charging me R27.50 and R2.00 per sms.....and although I only received maybe one sms or phone call......I am charged for up to four calls made to me per day"

We have taken a note of the content thereof as well as the allegations made. We do not deem it necessary to deal with each and every allegation made therein and our omission to do so should not be deemed as an acknowledgment thereof nor the correctness thereof and all our rights to address same at the later stage remain fully reserved. There is however certain aspects which we deem need to be addressed which has been done herein below.
Kindly note that all related charges are as per your agreement accepted at inception of the account, which is currently in default, and all related charges are governed by the Magistrates Tariff.
Furthermore, contrary to your statement, we have various options in place to ensure fees are limited and that you become debt-free as soon as possible. Please contact us to enquire about these options.
