Trash Service and Rude Receptionist

Horrible service. I keep getting emails about an outstanding tax payment which I have already settled. You reply to their emails but they never respond - like ever. The attitude of the Switch Board Operator is absolutely appalling and no matter how many times you call, she won’t direct your call the correct person. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
