Threatening with wrong facts

Got a call from some lady at this place telling me Standard Bank handed me over and I must pay R35000 or there will be legal action taken. When I told her that her information is wrong she threated me with legal action. After the call I went to Standard bank and got my statement that ahow that my acount is up to date even the colsultant at Standard Bank told me to ignore you're call. What type of company are you. Get you're fact straight before phoning the wrong people!!! I want my number taken of your system you will not harrass me with stuff that does not belong to me.
