Terrible service, the worst service ever

This company is terrible, I have sent so many emails and called so many times. This company is a ****. I have spoke to so many people( Mpho Monama,Delsie) everytime they keep giving me a different amount. I have paid of my account and the keep giving me crazy amounts. I have even emailed they Quality assurance Priscilla with no lucky. I don’t know why is Nedbank is using this company.
