Terrible customer service

I have being paying of my RCS account as per my arrangements but no statements and when ever I call to request for statement am told I will be charged and my account is not reducing at all . I even increased my monthly installments but still nothing. The admin give attitude and say that Dikeledi is the only one that does the arrangements .. Please can I have my statement and fully detailed. The level of unprofessional ism is extensive
