Still no settlement letter 4 months later

I had an absa credit card handed over to Norton attorneys. I asked them for a settlement figure on the 25th of feb 2015 and paid the amount stated in the letter on the 26th in full. I then began requesting a settlement letter. They said that they required proof of payment and I submitted it. Still no settlement letter. After countless emails... countless phone calls... Still no letter. I went into an absa branch who was able to tell me yes on their system my account is paid in full and that Norton attorneys had promised to email me the settlement letter that same day. I am still waiting! I am frankly getting very fed up. I stay over 100km from the nearest absa and frankly the transport fees airtime and data costs are working out to cost me more than my account was just to get a letter. Very frustrating!
