Still awaiting paid up letter since July 2016

<p>My RCS account was handed over to these people and I settled it in July 2016. Even 8 months after settling it, it still reflects on my credit report as open and still owing. I have asked for a settlement letter from them a million times because I want to update my credit record myself seeing that they can list you but not able to update it after settling the account. I've been communicating with a person named Lesego Modisane who insists that it has been sent to me 3 times already but I haven't received it. It's really funny how they responded quickly when I made arrangements but can't respond as quick with my paid up letter. Send me my letter NOW so that I can do your work, it's my record I'm concerned about and I need it updated ASAP.</p>
