Kindly be advised that updating payments with the Credit Bureaus is our client’s responsibility per NCA regulations so unfortunately this is something out of our control.  Also keep the following in mind: ·         It can take up to 90 days for payments to reflect on your Bureau payment profile records from receipt of that payment. ·         Your credit score/rating is calculated through an algorithm used by Bureaus which takes your payment behaviour (Historic and current, positive and negative) into account, which means it could take some time to build your credit score/rating again. ·         Any default records must be kept for a specified retention period per CPA & NCA requirements (Which usually is for +- 2x years.)  We will be in touch with you shortly in order to resolve the initial concern relating to your statements and or feedback requirements.
