So angry and frustrated

<p>i have been paying an account with attorney no 1. it was now handed over to norton Lambrianos and to begin with they were calling me 4 - 5 times a day. I eventually got through to a very nice Manager who promised this would stop. well since then it has increased. i received a call from a realy nasty man who not only threatenend me but used the Lords name in vain. Today Monday 18 julyi have had 5 missed calls thefirst at 7:20 am. what is wrong with this place. do they have no communication or are the agents just defiant.</p>
