Rude

I received messages and mails threaten to debit my account on the 25th, I did not authorise this nor did I make any arrangements, this company has bully’s that work for them they have no telephone ettiquete what’s so ever, you asked to be called a certain time and they call you a good couple minutes and expect you to take their call.
