Rude consultant

Got a call from a lady by the name Hl Z. She was so rude and didn't even want to listen to me she was busy telling me about the protocols. She didn't even rate a star ot should be a - star. She need to learn to listen to clients when making calls I will give the full names when the company whats her full name and surname.
