Rude and dont give a damn attitude

I received an sms from Norton telling me that Standard Bank handed me over for non payment , however i am on debit review since September , i did find out that the money that was suppose to go to STB was returned to my debt review company and split to my other debts. When i contacted them on Saturday the 5th May 2018 , the lady was friendly and helpful and advised that i should just get them to send the debt review papers or have my counselor contact Norton. When i called Norton on Monday another lady , answered and i explained the issue and her words were " Well you not on debt review now and you must pay out of your own pocket " i was in shock and got very upset and may have expressed anger as one would. This is not how people should behave in my opinion i think these people think they own the company
