Rude agents-No respect!
I have been receiving messages from these attorneys with account belonging to my husband. I have requested them to remove my number from their database as my husband's number is active. I am being bombarded with messages of making arrangements. Today i called in to ask them again to please remove my number and contact the relevant person. The agent i spoke to is so damn rude saying im not his customer but they are sending messages to my number! Please teach your call center agents customer service and manners!!!!!!!Anybody who contacts you should be treated with respect!!!
